My path to law wasn’t traditional — and that’s what makes my approach different.
Before opening my practice, I spent over a decade managing large, complex projects for state and healthcare organizations — overseeing contracts, technology implementations, and risk management. I’ve led teams, advised executives, and coordinated vendors on multimillion-dollar initiatives that required both precision and judgment.
Along the way, I earned my law degree and became a licensed California attorney and Project Management Professional (PMP). That mix of legal, operational, and analytical experience lets me see problems — and solutions — from multiple angles.
I’ve also served as Counsel and Director of Contracts and Risk Management for a national nonprofit healthcare organization, where I built contract governance frameworks, led compliance initiatives, and advised leadership on regulatory and operational risk.
Through it all, the theme has been the same: connecting law, business, and human decision-making. I bring that same balance to every client I work with — combining legal insight with real-world practicality and clear communication.
